Benzyl acetate Usage
1. Uses of spices. Benzyl acetate is the main component of jasmine and other extracts. It is an indispensable spice in the blending of floral fragrances such as fragrant and ylang. It is cheaper and is used in soaps and other industrial flavors. It is often used in a lot of flavors such as jasmine, white orchid, maize, moon scent and narcissus, and it can also be used in raw flavors such as pear, apple, banana and mulberry.
2. Uses in Solvents Benzyl acetate is dissolved in water by 0.23% by weight and is insoluble in glycerin. However, it can be miscible with alcohols, ethers, ketones and aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and the like. It can also dissolve rosin, glycerol tri-rosin acid ester, and the like. Therefore, it is used as a solvent for shellac paint, alkyd resin, cellulose acetate, dyes, grease, printing ink, and the like.
3. Ester synthetic perfume. It is mainly used as a blending spice for jasmine, white orchid, maize, and scent. Due to its enhanced effect on the fragrance of floral and fantasy flavors, and its low price, it has a wide range of applications in a variety of flavors.
4.Perfume, solvent, good dissolving power for oils and cellulose acetate, and also dissolve rosin, glycerol tri-rosin ester. Therefore, it is used as a solvent for shellac paint, alkyd resin, cellulose acetate, dyes, greases, printing inks and the like.
