1. The nucleating agent TMC-306 is a general chlorinating agent for hydrazide nucleating agents. It is mainly used for crystallinity such as polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene succinate (PBS), and polyalkyl alkanate (PHAs). Biodegradable polyester has the goal of promoting the crystallization of resin, increasing crystallization temperature, shortening the molding cycle, improving heat resistance temperature, improving mechanical properties, and increasing surface gloss. At the same time, TMC-306 can effectively improve the heat resistance of polypropylene carbonate (PPC) during processing.

2. Based on the hydrazide group in its structure, TMC-306 also inhibits and catalyzes the catalysis of degraded metal ions (heavy metal ions) on polymer degradation, thus showing certain antioxidant properties.

3. The recommended amount of TMC-306 is 0.5 to 1.5% by mass of the matrix resin. When blended with resin pellets such as polylactic acid, other dispersing agents may be suitably used to promote uniform dispersion. This product can be directly used in the matrix resin, and can also be processed into a certain concentration of masterbatch.
